Our horses are happy, safe, and likeable and are also good performers.
We get these results by following certain principles:

Management

The horses’ lifestyle is as similar as possible to that of horses that live in the wild.

Lots of room for movement, big fields, herd life for social interaction and play which for horses, and especially foals, are both fundamental.

Feeding

Carefully chosen hay, biological high quality cereals, mineral and vitamin enriched supplements, grazing land which is constantly taken care of and rotated in order to keep the quality of the grass as high as possible.

Working programs

A few days after birth, our foals are being handled and are getting used to relationships with humans; this creates untroubled day to day management (with stable management, hoof care, vaccinations, deworming and other preventions and with halters and ropes).

We are particularly careful about our horses’ mental stability; human contact and requests (schooling, trailer loading, tack, daily care and sport activities) can give rise to equine stress and emotions, which we help our horses to overcome.

We never use force, coercion or intimidation when handling or training; instead we use communication, understanding and psychology.

Schooling includes ground work and flat work to ensure good balance, flexibility and lightness under saddle and with a rider.

After basic training, jumping is introduced and then the horses are entrusted to professional riders in preparation for their competitive careers.

Health

Our horses have regular veterinary check ups to verify general good health and physical soundness.
Special attention is paid to correct hoof growth and the hooves are professionally trimmed on a regular basis.
These expedients together with correct feeding and natural management often result in many of our horses participating in sport activities without shoes(barefoot).
